SendThinks is a company that centres around providing thoughtful gifts, in boxes! Our boxes are carefully curated to ensure it stays novel and exciting. 

We're continuously expanding our selection of gift boxes, so do sign up to our newsletters and get updated on our latest promotions and product launches.

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Bulk purchases are available. Please get in touch with us at sales@sendthinks.com for orders of 50 boxes and above.

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet. Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Our Snack boxes come in two sizes:
*Normal (32.5cm x 20cm x 7.5cm)
*Jumbo sized ((36cm x 27cm x 10.5cm)

A savory from Thailand, a new flavor from Taiwan, or a chunk of chocolate from Korea! Our snack curators bring you the most authentic collection of flavors from a range of countries. Order them today here.

You can expect snacks in mixed sizes of full packaging and fun-size packets including Biscuits, Jellies, Chocolates, Beverages, Sweets, Savouries.

Typically, as different snacks have different expiry dates, we would suggest that you consume the snacks within 2 weeks.

The snacks within will have a minimum of 1 month before the best before date.

2. Payment

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We also offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Even though there's a multi-currency indicator, we currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: SGD

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in SGD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding  conversation rate of the currency you choose.

3. Shipping

We currently deliver to Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and the United States.

Your Snack Boxes will be shipped out within 5 working days. Due to the current Covid-19 situation, do expect slight delays for shipping.

Delivery fee is charged at S$5 per box per address in Singapore. Overseas delivery fees will vary.

As the global shipping prices keep fluctuating due to the Covid-situation, we have decided against putting up overseas shipping prices on the website. 

Kindly touch base with us via enquires@sendthinks.com with the following details so we can get some delivery quotes for you:

(1) zip code & address
(2) number of boxes
(3) size of boxes
(4) which country box

Once you've placed your order, your Snack Boxes will be shipped out within 5 working days.

As Sendthinks do not have an inhouse delivery driver, we will have to engage 3rd party logistics services to provide delivery services. Delivery fee is charged at S$5 per box per address within Singapore. Overseas delivery fees will vary.

We provide the option for customers to opt for Same/ Next Day Express delivery. This is done by using 3rd party premium logistics services such as Lalamove or GrabExpress.

Orders placed before 12pm will be received on the end of the current day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be received by end of next day.

Kindly note that this is not applicable for deliveries on Weekends & Public Holidays.

We also provide the option for specific date deliveries.
This is similar to express delivery as we will ask our 3rd-party logistics partner to perform a "same-day" delivery on the requested date.

Kindly provide the requested delivery date in the order note at Checkout and opt for "Specific Date Delivery" during shipping.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm that the item has been collected by third party logistics.

They will contact you on the delivery date and time.

If you're not home, the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date.

Due to the current Covid-19 situation, to protect the staff and delivery personnel, We are appealing to customers to inform us if the recipient is currently serving Stay-Home notice or Quarantine Orders. Please inform us (in the order notes) so that we can inform our drivers to leave the parcel on the doorstep/riser and ring the doorbell during delivery.

4. Return, Refund & Exchange

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
